In Scrum, estimating is a team activity. Every User Story is estimated by the whole team.

Planning poker is a simple but powerful tool that makes estimations faster, more accurate and the best is: It makes a lot of fun.

New Agile42 Scrum Planning Poker Cards The new version of the agile42 Scrum Poker Cards includes now also the Coffee Cup and the ½ Point Card. Planning Poker is the best way we know for agile teams to estimate User Stories and Tasks.

Please remember, that the Product Owner is not estimating. For him we developed the Business Value Game, which helps him to prioritize requirements and User Stories in the Product Backlog in preparation for the Sprint Planning Meeting.

Here you can order the Scrum Planning Poker Cards

The term Planning Poker is a registered trademark by Mike Cohn and Mountain Goat Software.
