Coaching self-organising teams
Interesting Scrumtisch in Berlin Friedrichshain. Though no talk was scheduled for this evening the room was packed with guests from various companies and backgrounds interested in participating in discussions on Scrum. We were talking about, Coaching self-organising teams, Management Buy-In and the new Certified Scrum Professional.
I am one of the founders of agile42. Even though I am not an engineer I consider myself almost a "Techi" as I have been working in the field of software development for 10 years now.
