Hi all, the Agilo dev Team, thought to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and why not, release an updated version of the tool and of the VM at the same time.

The latest version is 0.7.2.5 and from the previous one introduces:

  • Agilo Help System: is a beginning, but we think may already be of help, therefore we integrated it. There is also a Process Overview documentation and a Quick Start guide, we hope you will appreciate it
  • Performance: we greatly improved performances of the backlog, roadmap, and the chart generation, in particular for the statistics
  • Restrict Owner: now the Option restrict_owner works also in the Backlog, plus Agilo restricts the list of owners allowed to take responsibility of a task to the team member of the team assigned to the sprint

We also fixed a number of minor bugs, that were becoming annoying:

  • #580 The capacity time in the user prefs does not save.
  • #589 Setting team members name with 'underscores' breaks the team page
  • #569 Sprint Backlog takes too long to load
  • #591 Ticket changelog contains empty items, and duplicate milestone and type fields changes
  • #607 Remaining time in burndown chart for today is one day off
  • #608 Ticket notifications sent out for every ticket in the backlog as soon something is changed there
  • #612 restric_owner option not working anymore in backlog
  • #619 Broken statistic chart Nonetype + int
  • #620 Black floating window stretching to page width in IE
  • #625 form.addnew display is wrong in Admin
  • #613 Select field for sprint backlogs does not behave like other select fields
  • #615 Progress bar for contingents too small

Next Release will be on the 18th of January 2009, so we would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy 2009!

So long... and thanks

The Agilo Dev Team
