The Scrumtisch Berlin of December 2016 took place at Euphoria in Friedrichshain. This time, facilitator Gregory Keegan suggested to practise coaching conversations in groups of three, where one person was coaching, another was being coached and a third was observing and giving feedback.

Before the groups started practicing coaching conversations, Gregory Keegan explained how to structure those coaching conversations properly, highlighting the difference between meta level and conversation level and going through the flow of a coaching conversation from contact to summary.

Structure of a coaching conversation

If you would like to learn more about the structure of a coaching conversation, check out this blog post by our colleague and coaching expert Bent Myllerup.

Thanks again to everyone who participated. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves once again and hope you did as well!
