As our world of Agile has expanded from single teams to larger concerns at organizational level, ScrumMasters and Agile change agents are in need for greater toolset of techniques to accelerate their organization’s Agile journey.

“Only now we have a structured framework and a toolset at hand that we can use on a daily basis"

Therefore we are really excited to announce public offering for our Advanced Team Coaching Course (ATCC) in Sunnyvale, CA starting April 24, 2017. This highly successful coaching skills development program is used by us in developing internal coaching competencies for our Agile transformation clients.

Unlike other instruction-only courses, this program is designed to support participants in their real world context and includes one-on-one coaching assistance. We learn by doing and reflecting on our experience. For deeper understanding and applications of principles at play, ScrumMasters need to engage beyond their comfort zone.

Schedule of the agile42 ATCCOur 5 day program format, spaces learning objectives over 3 months with embedded transfer periods where participants get involved in coaching support from instructors. We have found this approach to have meaningful organizational impact as graduate ScrumMaster’s from this program have been able to skillfully tackle some of the deeper hard to address organizational challenges.
