Resilience and anti-fragility at HAPPYPROJECTS 17

Andrea Tomasini will speak at HAPPYPROJECTS 17 in Vienna

17 May 2017

I will speak at HAPPYPROJECTS 17 in Vienna, Austria on May 18th, a conference for project, process and change management. I will present How to grow your organization’s resilience and anti-fragility.

There is still a lot of uncertainty when it comes to make an organization resilient or better yet anti-fragile, ready for the challenge? We will talk about understanding how culture can be changed to support organizational strategy, learning how to feedback operational dysfunctions at a strategic level, creating a self-to-fail environment to accelerate learning and creating a learning organization. We will see what makes your organization anti-fragile vs resilient.

You can read more about the line-up of speakers at the conference site.

Hi Andrea

A great presentation and it was good catching up afterwards.

Would it be possible to send me a copy of the slides?
