The August 2017 edition of Berlin's Scrum User Group Scrumtisch took place at NewStore's fantastic premises. Around 25 Scrum practitioners came to discuss, share and learn together.

The following topics were discussed:

  • Lack of intrinsic motivation
  • Managers stepping out
  • Avoiding story points
  • Agile metrics usage

The Scrumtisch Berlin of December 2016 took place at Euphoria in Friedrichshain. This time, facilitator Gregory Keegan suggested to practise coaching conversations in groups of three, where one person was coaching, another was being coached and a third was observing and giving feedback.

Before the groups started practicing coaching conversations, Gregory Keegan explained how to structure those coaching conversations properly, highlighting the difference between meta level and conversation level and going through the flow of a coaching conversation from contact to summary.

The Scrumtisch Berlin of September 2015 took place in the American Diner in Friedrichshain. A large amount of Scrum practitioners got together to share their knowledge and experience and learn about different environments and approaches. The session was facilitated by Gregory Keegan and Andrea Tomasini gave his expert advice to people who raised issues or explained problems they were facing in their organisation.
