The keynote speakers were Jeff Sutherland and Joel Neeb. I thought I’d write something up from some of the sessions I attended and share.

If you must go to a conference, there are worse places to go

Keynote: Jeff Sutherland: The Shu Ha Ri of Scrum @ Scale

Jeff Sutherland spoke at length about Scrum at scale, adding his voice to a common topic in the industry. The point he hammered ...

Over the past 10 years agile42 has been working helping many companies to successfully convert into agile organisations, and during this process we developed many tools to support the management to move toward Agile Leadership.

As part of this process our senior coaches Andrea Tomasini and Bent Myllerup have been approved as Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership Educators to deliver the new Certified Agile Leadership program.

Deciding on what to build is one of the most important decisions software companies need to make. Understanding when those are the wrong decisions is the next most important. There are many tools that can be used to help with this, but sometimes tools are solving the wrong problems and visualisation is the best first step. In fact, if you don’t know that you are sub-optimising, then how can you make the right decisions on a global level.

Information Radiators On A Portfolio Level

Building every idea and small feature is impossible, building features that no one is interested in is wasteful. How can visualisation ...

It's been a great pleasure to meet with members of the Scrum Alliance Learning Consortium and to have them as guests during our company-wide Coach Camp in Ann Arbor, Michigan last August. The rationale for their presence has been explained by Andrea Acheson, Managing Director of agile42 in North America: "visiting the other Learning Consortium sites I had a big question about how to explain agile42 company culture to other members of SALC and we thought the best way was to invite them to our annual company coach camp". The same feeling by agile42 CEO Marion Eickmann: "At the ...
