The Scrum Alliance has announced the first Canadian Regional Scrum Gathering.  It will be held in Toronto in the Spring of 2018.  Your friendly neighbourhood agile42 coaches are helping to organize and have a small favour to ask: please fill a survey to better understand if you're interested and your profile.

The disconnect between the agile principles and values and the traditional management approaches using a push system and a strong hierarchy are very taxing for the managers and for the teams. Over the past 10 years agile42 has been working helping many companies to successfully convert into agile organisations, and during this process we developed many tools to support the management to move toward Agile Leadership.
