Scrumtisch June '09 - What colour is your backlog? Or: what do we do next?
At the next Berlin Scrumtisch we proudly present Philippe Kruchten, Professor, Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. He will talk about: What colour is your backlog? Or: what do we do next?
I am one of the founders of agile42. Even though I am not an engineer I consider myself almost a "Techi" as I have been working in the field of software development for 10 years now.

What colour is your backlog?—Or: what do we do next?
Philippe will present his speech from the Orlando Scrum Gathering where he will speak about backlog and time-box, about value versus cost, about visible features versus invisible features (and in particular software architecture), about defects and technical debt, and more generally about release planning and sprint planning for non-trivial and long-lived software development projects.
More information about Philippe you can find here
I am sure this will be an interesting evening :-)
