Testing is an attitude, an approach and a practice: notes from my experience at Agile Testing Days 2013 and the opening keynote I presented
I am an Agile Coach and Trainer and I am helping customers all around the world to become more Agile. I am more and more keen on adopting adaptive emergent approaches to improve people's quality of life. Through an holistic and pragmatic approach - I consider Lean and Agile very powerful frameworks - it is possible to improve results, performance and also personal satisfaction.
The Agile Testing Days has definitely been an experience for me. I wasn't sure what type of people I would have met at such supposedly very "vertical" and specific conference, focusing on testing in the Agile world. It's definitely one of a kind, and I was positively surprised about the amount of people who are actually getting closer to Agile through the testing experience.
