It is with sadness that we have followed the discussions on predictability in software development, as well as the raging Twitter debates on #NoEstimates. On one hand, Scrum practitioners are much aware of the difficulties inherent in estimating and predicting, but on the other hand we are all drawn towards the perceived certainty in a well-defined plan.
