Agile With a Purpose

Agile might still be a small niche which apparently is not yet recognised by the “serious” business thinkers’ community. There seem to be people out there who are rethinking management and business for the 21st century, and we are not connected to them although collaboration between us could produce great results.

Plugins make the world go round - and as such we are very proud that the open source community is getting to work to deliver enhancements to Agilo.

This time Todd Jiang created a plugin for Agilo that allows you to get an estimate for how long working on tasks took the team.

This can of course be a nice way to feed that back into the team to improve their estimation skills.

So without further adoo, here's the plugin

Thanks to the support of our users (see the discussion group thred http://groups.google.com/group/agilo/browse_thread/thread/c119eb374b731436) which helpd in nailing down a significant number of bugs, we just released another version of Agilo for Scrum 0.6.6.

The Bug fixed:

  • Wrong calculation of Resources allocation time, while the total have been correct, in some situations the individual allocation where fractioned
  • Support for unicode characters in resources names, there was a bog avoiding to update a task containing a unicode character in one of the resource names
  • Improved stylesheet for agilo-theme.
