There are fundamental difference of all agile methodes, in comparison with the traditional software development approaches. Following the "style" of the agile manifesto we can bring them to the point:

  • Fact based development over requirements assumptions
  • Market driven features over upfront specifications
  • Flexible development over predefined plans
  • Agile leadership instead of command and control
