Our trainings are special
The reason why we decided to adopt these techniques is, that we have been able to measure over time that the retention of the learned concepts is better and also the concepts are deeply rooted, and well understood, not only reminded. We can improve the retention of our trainings because we also coach people after the training, which allows us to test how much the knowledge sticked.

Why our trainings don’t have a fixed agenda
Every training is a different training, as we learned to focus on the learners and not on the content, we changed our approach to training design to better adapt to each class specific needs and talents.
Even though the main themes are covered in every class as listed in our training overview we approach those themes using different techniques and also develop them using the class existing knowledge, which results in a dynamic agenda, following the class interests.
What to prepare for an agile42 training?
First of all, relax! You are coming to a new and engaging learning experience, and as such the best thing you can do is to approach the class with novelty and will to learn from the trainers and also from all other participants, trust us, we learn every class something new as well.
Our training focus very much on the deeper understanding of the principles supporting the concepts that we teach, and this can happen effectively only through experience and interaction. Each person needs to develop its own way of reflecting the experience and learn the concepts so that they stick.
Material and handouts
During the training we will make extensive usage of interactions and we will distribute handouts for exercises and content sharing. Every class will also produce material during the training in the form of flip-charts.
All the material distributed during the class and the one produced during the class will be made available as digital copy after the training to all participants.
