Scrum Master Certification

Scrum Master Zertifizierungen Ja oder Nein? Prüfung ja oder nein? Die Diskussion, um Scrum Zertifizierungen hat gerade erst begonnen.

Hi Alle,

immer wieder werde ich gefragt, ob es Sinn macht an den Certified Scrum Master Trainings teilzunehmen. Die Antwort ist nicht so einfach. Natürlich macht sich eine Zertifizierung immer gut im Lebenslauf ;-). Auf der anderen Seite sagt sie aus meiner Sicht nicht viel aus, denn es gibt keine Prüfung. Sprich: jeder der bezahlt bekommt das Zertifikat. Wow - das ist ja mal ein Qualitätsmerkmal ;-)

Dieses Problem hat jetzt wohl auch die Scrum Alliance erkannt, denn was man so hört gibt es Initiativen eine Prüfung einzuführen.

Ich kann das nur begrüßen. Was denkt Ihr?
