Scrum is an agile process framework that aims to deliver shippable software at regular intervals allowing to focus on the highest business value, improving the Return On Investment. Scrum is complementary to modern software engineering practices coming from XP, for example TDD. We are proud to announce that the 2nd Certified Scrum Coach in Germany is part of agile42. This is naturally a great addition to our team of qualified Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
