Agile Methods versus Traditional Development

The keynote of Andrea Tomasini at the House of Open Scrum in Munich will highlight the differences between agile methods and traditional developmen...

On the 7th of October 2009 the House of Open Scrum opens the door for everybody interested in Scrum, agile and lean ways of working.

Andrea Tomasini will talk in his keynote about: Why Scrum Works

  • Market driven features over upfront specifications
  • Flexible development over predefined plans
  • Agile leadership instead of command and control
