(Vancouver, Canada, November 1, 2010) As experts in helping organizations adapt to agile and lean methods, agile42 advises, trains and coaches people to become agile, helping companies to successfully transition to an agile working environment. Serving in the new position of VP Professional Services, Dr. Dave Sharrock is responsible for leading the management and development of agile42‘s North American customers, improving time-to-market, quality and employee satisfaction by applying agile principles.

“I’m very excited to be joining agile42 to implement their highly successful approach to agile change in Canada and the United States. Coming from an executive leadership background, I see how much agile approaches have to offer, and also understand the importance of getting the best support in making this change. agile42’ s approach has been proven time and again with customers from many different industries, and being an agile approach, is of course continually refined.”

Among the factors that agile42 uses to differentiate itself from other agile solutions currently available in the market are:

  • A proven approach to agile transition, based on years of experience making successful agile transformations
  • An end-to-end approach that starts with gaining executive sponsorship and ends with a successful transition to transparent, performing development teams
  • A consulting approach based on building a learning organization able to inspect and adapt the process as fast as possible
