Autumn is Good For Lean Kanban Talks

In the next few weeks I am going to talk about Lean Kanban at various events in Europe

Gaetano Mazzanti speaking

I will cover different topics:

Each of these talks has a different focus and objective. They all share a common theme though: change.

Our environment is so complex and dynamic that there is no way to avoid dealing with change

Capability to effectively deal with change is a key trait of Agile and Lean. Continuous improvement, adapting and responding to change are in the DNA of true Agile and Lean organizations.

I will post links for slides as soon as they will be published.
