Notes from the Berlin Scrumtisch of April 2016

The Scrumtisch Berlin of March 2016 took place in the Café 100 Wasser in Friedrichshain

Around 50 scrum practitioners joined to share their knowledge, discuss and learn from each other.  The session was facilitated this time by Christine Brunn and Simon Sablowski following the Ritual Dissent method from Dave Snowden.

The following topics were discussed:

  • First 100 days as scrum master
  • Convincing other departments to become agile
  • Development of people vs. Processes
  • QA inside the team
  • Good practices for push and pull
