Notes from the Berlin Scrumtisch of September 2016
This week, around 30 Scrum practitioners met for the Scrumtisch Berlin at Cafe 100 Waser in Friedrichshain. We had the chance to have long conversations, share knowledge with one another and learn from diverse environments and approaches. Afterwards Andrea Tomasini gave his expert opinion on the following topics:
- Agile transition top-down
- How to deal with non-estimable issues
- Engage the lonely players
- Prepare roadmap and release planning.
Following you can find the flip charts from the session:
Thanks everyone for coming and see you next time.
