New generation of professional Agile coaches

New Advanced Team Coaching Course classes in 2017: London, Copenhagen, Berlin, Amsterdam

agile42 coaches have worked for years in teams and organizations to help Agile practitioners learn and become internal or professional coaches. That experience has now become part of the Team Coaching Framework™ and the Advanced Team Coaching Course. Launched in 2015, the ATCC course is your chance to take up an unique career opportunity. You will learn from senior agile42 coaches and be introduced to a variety of methods and tools which you will have the chance to practice within a small group environment. You will learn the different coaching approaches and use them the way professional coaches do. You will also learn how to set up a team coaching structure that helps you and your teams achieve the goals you set.

agile42 Training

Scheduled calendar so far for 2017:

  • London, starting January 25th
  • Berlin, starting February 16th
  • Amsterdam, starting April 5th
  • Copenhagen, starting September 13th

The course will be held over a time period of seven weeks, accommodating the other activities in your work schedule. It consists of five scheduled class days in addition to two one-on-one coaching conversations and activities in learning groups. All classes are taught in English and, subject to availability, after the first block of class days students can complete the rest of the training at a different time and location according to their needs.

Schedule of the agile42 ATCC

With this course you can also claim a total of 42 SEUs towards the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification. It is a solid preparation before applying for the higher certifications of Certified Team Coach (CTC) and Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC). By following all activities of the course, you earn: 8 SEUs for each of the 3 training days and the 2 workshop days, plus 2 SEUs for two hours of 1:1 with a coach.

People, and helping people to success is the most important matter to me. I think that agile is a great platform to achieve this - that is why I became a coach. I am a member of the agile42 coach team, based in Denmark, and as a CSC and CST I coach and train people in Scrum and agile approaches. I coach from systemic principles and have the quest of bringing agile to embedded product development.
