Jakob Verner Christensen joining agile42

Welcoming Jakob Verner Christensen to agile42 Denmark

Our family of agile coaches are continuing to grow. This month we are welcoming our new coach in Denmark: Jakob Verner Christensen.

It is no secret that we are quite busy in agile42. In every country we are represented, there is an increasing demand for the unique services we provide. Unlike many other so-called agile coaching companies, we first of all are asking ourselves the question: “How do we enable our clients to be the best possible version of themselves?” and secondly we ask: “How do we provide our clients the ability to own their agile transition, instead of renting it from a consulting company?”, and thirdly we ask: “How do we make them best fit for their onward journey after we have left them?”. The clients like it and we love that they do.

Jakob Verner ChristensenTo have the ability to serve our clients in the best possible way, we have decided to add one more talent to our team in Denmark. Starting from early August, Jakob Verner Christensen will joining us. Jakob will be based out of our location in the Copenhagen area and his speciality will be team coaching and technical coaching. He has a solid background as IT Engineer from the Technical University of Denmark and since graduating he have had various roles like developer, project manager, ScrumMaster, consultant and head of engineering.

Jakob is passionate about empowering people and bringing the best out of each individual person. Bringing the right people together - at the right time - and enabling them to excel is key in his mission. He meets people with humor and empathy, but also a firm commitment to change status quo to the better.
Jakob lives in Roskilde with his fiancée and their two daugthers. In his spare time he plays football and - as many other great agile coaches - he is a legendary bass player.
We are happy that Jakob is onboard and we are looking forward to many years of good collaboration.

People, and helping people to success is the most important matter to me. I think that agile is a great platform to achieve this - that is why I became a coach. I am a member of the agile42 coach team, based in Denmark, and as a CSC and CST I coach and train people in Scrum and agile approaches. I coach from systemic principles and have the quest of bringing agile to embedded product development.
