Scrumtisch Berlin: August 22nd, 2017

August 2017 meeting of the Berlin Scrum User Group, facilitated by agile42 coaches Noel Viehmeyer and Simon Sablowski

The August 2017 edition of Berlin's Scrum User Group Scrumtisch took place at NewStore's fantastic premises. Around 25 Scrum practitioners came to discuss, share and learn together.

The following topics were discussed:

  • Lack of intrinsic motivation
  • Managers stepping out
  • Avoiding story points
  • Agile metrics usage
