Our approach allows organizations of all kinds and sizes to change prevailing mindsets and become more Agile in a proven, risk-free, and sustainable way. We always focus on delivering value to our customers. We have colleagues in Germany, the United States, Canada, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Italy, Finland, Turkey and South Africa. Many of our coaches hold impressive credentials, such as Certified Scrum Coaches, Certified Scrum Trainers or Kanban Coaching Professionals and we make a point of investing in the growth of our people.

We are looking for an Agile Coach to join our team in Germany. Experience in an Agile Environment is a plus, but we are also looking for people who are willing to learn and evolve while working with our international, experienced, and diverse group of amazing coaches. The ideal candidate is someone who can immerse themselves in our approach and give their own growth the time it needs. We are dedicated to educating our co-workers and bringing them into alignment with our practices, so collaborations on a freelance basis will not be considered.

At least three years' experience working with more than one team using at least one of the Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP) is essential. You will also need analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills. Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written, is a must! Finally, the role involves traveling on average 3 days a week, so it helps if that makes you happy :-). Please include a salary expectation with your application.
