Paul will work alongside current leaders within the agile42 North American group including Dave Sharrock, Richard Dolman and Andrea Acheson.

Paul Culling“Paul is a pivotal addition to the agile42 leadership team. Over the past several years, agile42 has grown its presence and client base both in Canada and the United States. We look forward to Paul’s contribution in accelerating this growth while helping to maintain our excellent client satisfaction as well as the agile42 culture that attracts so many great coaches and trainers to work with us around the world.” - Dave Sharrock

Over the past twelve years, Paul held several senior executive positions at VersionOne - helping grow the company from a handful of developers through its acquisition in August 2017. “Over the past dozen years I have worked with agile and lean consultancies all over the world and have worked with and known agile42 for the better part of that time.” Culling said. “This has given me a unique perspective on how successful agile42 has been with their clients and what an amazing company it is for its team all over the world. I am honoured and excited to join the agile42 family and help advance the impact the we have on our clients’ business outcomes and goals.”
