Scrumtisch August 2018 at Cornelsen Berlin

The August 2018 edition of Berlin Scrum User Group Scrumtisch took place at Cornelsen’s Berlin office and was facilitated by Michèle Twomey

Around 15 Scrum practitioners came to discuss, share and learn together. This time we tried a different format with a topic for the evening: Levels of Listening with a particular emphasis on the quality of our attention and awareness.

Several ideas were shared in the concluding discussion on how a ScrumMaster might enable a team to become more collectively aware and attentive to themselves and as part of the system. How we pay attention to a given situation individually and collectively determines the path the system takes and how this path emerges.
