Report from the December 2018 meeting of Berlin Scrumtisch

Last night the December 2018 edition of Berlin's official Scrum user group Scrumtisch took place in the agile42 Event Space. Daniel Lynn and Simon Sablowski introduced the agile42 coaching approach to the participants. They explained the five different coaching stances of an agile coach and had the participants practice coaching conversations and use the different stances in their conversations. People discussed topics and challenges they had brought to Scrumtisch to exchange with other agile practitioners and explore their options.
