The Agile Leaders class of 2019

Public classes for the Certified Agile Leadership Level 1 training are available in multiple locations worldwide during 2019

Managers and leaders that want to start the Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) program in 2019 can choose from a calendar of possibilities to attend the 2½-day class that will steer them toward an approach built on flexibility, responsibility, and transparency, that enable organizations to deliver faster and high-quality results.

The process works through a combination of self-development, experience, and education. The latter, providing an outsider eye, mentorship, and support can be very important in understanding what the situation is, and in what directions changes can be made in the Leader and in the culture surrounding them. In order to enrich the the Learning Objectives and take a deeper dive into Leadership in the context of organizational complexity, we introduce concepts such as ORGANIC agility and the Cynefin framework, developed by Dave Snowden.

In continental Europe we will offer training in Stockholm and Amsterdam (hurry up, a few seats still available for the classes of January and February), and Berlin, plus our first CAL class in Italian in Milan. In the UK, friend of agile42 Geoff Watts will have two classes available in Woodstock, Oxfordshire. In Canada, we have scheduled classes in Vancouver and Toronto. And in South Africa we are currently planning a single class in Johannesburg.

You can browse the full list of CAL 1 public classes available at the moment and register your participation online, please note that further dates will be added during the year and we can schedule extra classes if there is request. Email us for further information.
