The article covers the current state of market volatility and sets resilience as an organizational goal in this context. Based on the principles of ORGANIC agility, the Agile Strategy Map method and software enables organizations to get closer to that goal and gain control over their journey by supporting agile, adaptable, and complexity-oriented processes of strategy development.
