“Lean / Agile Fundamentals” is a highly interactive 2-day introductory training focusing on the principles and practices that make Lean and Agile work in real life. The course provides participants with an experiential view into Agile, Scrum, Lean and Kanban.

The training includes a number of practical simulations, designed to reflect real life scenarios and connect with participants own experiences. Emerging the need for an Agile approach through actual experience is much more powerful than simply describing the process in detail.
