I act as a change agent where the teams, domains need to enhance agility to reach their goals , to create a shared vision ıf needed. I coach every kind of team , every domain, like management teams or like customer care, technology and sales groups. I asses and find areas where the company can benefit most and help them leading the change. Business development, sales and potsales operations management, teamwork, collabration, change management,lean management business process outsourcing can be regarded as my top skills.
My Agile journey started when I volunteered to take the responsibility as a change agent to find out and realize different initiatives to make company more agile. My company was practicing agile only in software development, I started an initiative in experimenting agile in non tech functions in the company. I tried agile, Scrum, Kanban pilots in corporate sales, customer care projects, Human resources recruitment and corporate dealer channel. For the company to be agile I offered the Management to set up Agile Studio, an internal coaching and development center. I was one of the founders of Agile Studio and actively working as an agile coach at the Studio. At the studio Idevelopped competency programs for scrum masters, product owners, teams, giving Kanban, Scrum trainings to the company people, trying to expand the Agile way of working to the colleagues, coaching sales teams, IT operations and software development teams and customer care teams. I hold certifications as PSM1, CSPO1 from Scrum org.
agile42 , the İnternational Agilecompany has opened the Turkey brach office and I started to work with agile42 since September 2014 as an Agile Coach. I am actively working with the clients; giving Agile&Scrum trainings, coaching Scrum teams, managing organizational assesment, team assesment, starting Scrum/Kanban pilots in the organizations.
I hold certifications as PSM1, CSPO1 from Scrum org., CSM, CSP, CSPO from Scrum Alliance.
