When COVID-19 first hit, all most of us could think about was getting back to normal. Hugging people, going out to crowded bars, seeing colleagues in person, were all things we longed to have back on the menu. This applied to companies as much as people: as organizations rushed to put remote work procedures into place and take their customer interactions online, some found themselves to be better prepared while for others it was like pulling teeth, however everyone wanted it to be over, even the ones that adapted the fastest. Three to four months in, we know: there is no going back.

Pandemic effects, market changes and what might happen...
So what is our new normal, as things open up, but not quite? How do organizations continue to create real, meaningful safety for their staff and clients without their business grinding to a halt? What changes are we seeing in business models, now that we are collectively going through a major disruptive event and experiencing complexity like never before? If things are to change forever, how can we not just navigate the change, but use its currents to get to a better place? Finally, as we prioritized the wellbeing of our people in these past few months, how can we continue making that investment and use the lessons of the pandemic to remind ourselves of what matters most?
Join frontrunners in digital transformation and creating the workplaces of the future, pioneering content creators and managers, and experts in strategy, culture, and leadership in organizations to discuss these questions and many more.

Since Menlo Innovations’ founding in 2001, we have openly shared everything we’ve learned about creating an intentionally joyful culture. This was typically done through tours of our software factory. But how could we share Menlo now that we work remotely? Fortunately, what makes Menlo ‘Menlo’ is not a building or an open office layout. What makes us Menlo is the underlying values and mission that led us to become who we are today, it is the “why” behind what we do.
While we miss the buzz of the factory floor’s open office environment, we are thrilled to be able to still share what we’ve learned. Over the course of 60 minutes, we’ll share Menlo’s history, culture and practices – and how we’re rebuilding a joyful culture in our new normal of today. See this latest experiment and let us show you around (virtual) Menlo!

With her on board, the TV broadcaster won two successive German Awards for Online Communication.
Yasmin will be interviewed by Lena Natus, a consultant at Divimove, who’s role is Company Culture and Organizational Development and who is an actress. Lena’s focus is to combine storytelling, strategic thinking and creativity. Lena joined Divimove in 2019 as a maternity replacement for the Head of HR and is staying in her new role to continue working on resilience and agility within Divimove.
This webinar is about Human Behaviour consuming entertainment content and interacting with it. We will talk about the importance of positioning yourself on social media and share examples of brands who successfully used the opportunities that social media provides. We will also take a deeper look into a little “masterpiece of storytelling”, to understand what communication on multiple layers means and speak about the usage of different platforms.
