Our ICAgile Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) course focuses on mastering the facilitation skills needed to engender environments of high collaboration, spirited engagement, and where self-organisation thrives.
Who should attend:
Anyone who is an agile team leader or an aspiring team leader with a passion for servant leadership and a keenness to learn and practice the skills of facilitation in the context of team facilitation and coaching. The ICP-ATF training is one of two certified courses on the Agile Coaching track from ICAgile. The other is the ICAgile Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC). The courses can be done independently of one another, but for a well-rounded coaching certification, we recommend doing both.

How long is the ICP-ATF course?
This is a two-day (in-person) or 4 x half-day (remote) course and all in-person training includes a catered lunch and snacks throughout each day.
Is there a virtual option?
Yes. We offer a remote version of this course should you not be able to attend our Cape Town and Johannesburg venues.
How many seats are there per class?
We have 20 available seats per class, with a strong focus on personalised facilitation by our trainer.
How do I pay for the course?
Payment is made via EFT. You will find our bank account details on the invoice. Payment is due two weeks prior to the course date.
How do I get certified?
Following completion of the live training, we will register you with ICAgile. Once you have completed the post-class survey you will be able to download a PDF copy of your certificate from your ICAgile dashboard.
Is this course recognised internationally?
Yes, this course is internationally recognised.
Will I earn PDUs or SEUs?
You will earn 14 Scrum Education Units® (SEUs) and 14 Professional Development Units (PDUs).
Is the certification included in the price?
Yes, the Agile Team Facilitation certification is included in our course fee.
Does my certification expire?
ICAgile Agile Team Facilitation Certification does not expire.
How can my company pay for my booking?
Your company can pay via EFT. When booking online, please include your company details upon checkout. Once your booking has been received, we will manually raise an invoice for payment. You will find our bank account details on the invoice.
Can I cancel my booking?
We require two weeks cancellation/postponement notice prior to the course start date.
