Masterful Facilitator (Fundamentals) programme is for facilitators, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches who are ready to take their current skills and knowledge, for facilitating teams or groups, to a professional level.
It is a 2+ days, blended learning programme, that addresses the challenges experienced in getting real change; in action, behaviour and results, to emerge from group work sessions.
Experienced practitioners often talk about facilitation as a ‘dance’ and dancing is about the effortless blending of style (art) and technique (science). This programme adopts a similar philosophy. The modules build on your past facilitation experience, adding further techniques, and teaching you to dance with them, whilst learning the art, and enabling you to create magic in your interventions.
Masterful facilitation requires more than just following a recipe. It requires you to be mindful of yourself, of others and of context; to have structures, tools and techniques; to have the courage to experiment with them; and to develop your art.
The magic is in the results:
The programme begins with an online orientation session to ensure that you are ready to hit the ground running two days later, when you will be immersed in a deep, practical, interactive and experiential learning experience, for two full days, in venue.
You then have two weeks to put into practise what you have learnt, in your own real life workspace. After which you will participate in an online group session where you will be coached to unblock any challenges you may have experienced, or to achieve even greater results.
You will have access to online support for the full duration of the programme.
