We introduced the Archetypes from the ORGANIC Leadership Framework. The Archetypes illustrate the inter-connectedness of the organizational structure, the situation, the underlying culture and the leader’s attitude which manifests in their behavior. The Congstar case study explains more in detail the different archetypes.
