The Certified Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster course is appropriate for those who hold Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified ScrumMaster certification with at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

General FAQs:
How long is the course?
This is a four-day course. All in-person training includes a catered lunch and snacks throughout each day.
Is there a virtual option?
Yes. We offer a remote version of this course should you not be able to attend our Cape Town or Johannesburg venues.
How many seats are there per class?
We have 16 available seats per class, with a strong focus on personalised facilitation by our trainer.
How do I pay for the course?
Payment is made via EFT. You will find our bank account details on the invoice. Payment is due two weeks before the course date.
How do I get certified?
In order to obtain the CSP-SM certification, you will need to attend the CSP-SM training, complete the online pre-course preparation homework, hold a Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certificate and demonstrate at least two years of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master (from within the past five years).
What if I don’t have the required two years of experience?
You can still attend the class if you are short of your required experience. You will only receive certification after you have gained 2 years of experience.
Is this course recognised internationally?
Yes, this course is internationally recognised.
Will I earn Scrum Alliance points?
You will earn 7 Scrum Education Units® (SEUs) and 7 Professional Development Units (PDUs) per training day.
Is the certification included in the price?
Yes, the Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster certification is included in our course fee as well as two years membership of the Scrum Alliance®.
Does my certification expire?
Your Scrum Professional – ScrumMaster certification will expire after two years. To keep your certification active, you will need to renew it for a further 2 years. A renewal involves earning 40 Scrum Education Units® (SEUs) within the past 2 years that validate your participation and continued proficiency in the fundamental principles and practices of Scrum. You will also need to pay a renewal fee of $250.

How can my company pay for my booking?
Your company can pay via EFT. When booking online, please include your company details upon checkout. Once your booking has been received, we will manually raise an invoice for payment. You will find our bank account details on the invoice.
Can I cancel my booking?
We require two weeks’ cancellation/postponement notice before the course start date.
