About Agilo for Scrum
Agilo for Scrum is a simple, web-based and straightforward tool to support the Scrum process. It is easy to configure and empowers multiple agile teams to:
- work in parallel
- actively manage iterations and release cycles
- define individual Backlogs, like e.g. Release or Bug Backlog
- create and maintain the Sprint Backlog easily
- etc.
Agilo is based on Trac a very successful and widespread Ticket Tracking System, and developed using the Python programming language. Agilo is distributed as Open Source Software according to the Apache Software License 2.0.

- Requirement prioritization: Business Value Points helping to weight requirements and supporting the benefit/cost analysis
- Product Backlog: Individual Backlogs like e.g. a Release Backlog can be defined, sorting criteria can be configured
- User Story: Simple to insert, easy to maintain and linkable to all related items like Requirement or Tasks
- Traceability: Bi-directional Links between all items support the product development and e.g. the estimation of a change
- Burn Down Chart: Real time updates to provide a overview on the project progress for all Stakeholder)
Features for the Scrum Master and Scrum Team
- Drag and Drop: Intuitive, drag-and-drop interface to work comfortable with e.g. the Sprint Backlog
- Configurable Capacity: A default capacity per work day e.g. fridays always off, can be inserted
- Automated Capacity Calculation: The ideal burndown chart is proportional to capacity
- Multiple Teams: Multiple teams and sprints support
- Ease of installation and configuration: Now agilo is one plugin only, all the configurations parameters are now available from the Web Admin Interface)
