Planning Poker was developed by James Grenning and gained popularity through Mike Cohn. agile42 uses Planning Poker successfully in all their projects. You can purchase decks of Planning Poker including the Business Value Game here.
The Business Value Game supports the Product Owner when communicating with the other Stakeholders. It is very helpful when you are prioritizing Requirements or User Stories.

Using the Business Value Game all Stakeholders are able to estimate the value of their Requirements and argue critically with the opinions and estimations of all other people who are involved in the project.
The aim of the game is to get a commitment of the stakeholders concerning the value of specific Requirements.
