Executive Coaching

The agile change of an organization is strongly tied to your executive's ability to lead and motivate the teams. We can also offer you coaching at a high EMCC accredited level.

We coach your teams on interdisciplinary agile skills to improve their performance as well as on agile development practices like Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration.
