Mitsubishi – Success Story

“Whenever I’m asked to give feedbacks, for politeness reason I normally say that everything is good. But now, for this workshop I have to say, that the workshop is superb. Introducing Agile to Mitsubishi Electric Europe

Leonard Agung Prayitno of Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. German Branch was interested in introducing Agile to the European Development Team and contacted us in summer, 2013. In October 2013, we performed an assessment workshop and a scrum team training to introduce Agile and Scrum to the Development Team.

The team was very pleased with the Agile approach and we received a very good feedback of our workshop and training. Mr. Prayitno commented as follows: “Whenever I’m asked to give feedbacks, for politeness reason I normally say that everything is good. But now, for this workshop I have to say, that the workshop is superb. Never I’ve participated in such a workshop. It’s truly a very well structured, organized and deliberate workshop. I also can say, that all the participants loved the workshop, especially the games were entertaining and at the same time really eye-opening experiences.”

Although knowing that it would take some time to adapt to the Agile ways and get other departments onboard, the fact that the Agile approach originates in Japan contributed to pursue the approach. “And when that time comes, we know that you are a very good address to contact” says Mr. Prayitno.
