Workshops on the Certified Agile Leadership pathway

CAL 2 workshops offered in Berlin on Agile Leadership, Organizational Design, Changing Leadership, part of the Certified Agile Leadership program

The vision of the Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) program has always been to make the values and principles of Agile accessible to every leader. Following the public classes of CAL level 1, we now organize in Berlin a series of advanced workshops on Agile Leadership, Organizational Design and Changing Leadership that provide support to the individual pathway to CAL level 2.

Unlike CAL I, the CAL II isn't a simple one-class workshop, but it is rather a small program on its own. It includes advanced educationvalidated practice, and a peer-based sharing program that consists of learning and practice across three categories of learning objectives. Our complete 4-day Advanced Education package is designed to offer you 3 "deep dive" topics, plus the final Workshop. In this way you will experience all the advanced education categories and you will be able to choose which one to apply in practice to create the experience report (which is necessary for participating in the final peer-to-peer sharing experience workshop). The minimum requirement is to chose one "deep dive" topic plus the workshop. In this case, you will be required to create the experience report on that specific topic. Read more about the learning objectives.

There are still a few places remaining for the October workshops for practitioners that have followed a CAL Level 1 Training. The Agile Leadership Training will be on 22 October 2018, the Organizational Design Training on 23 October 2018, the Changing Leadership Training on 24 October 2018, and a Peer Workshop is scheduled on 20 November 2018. Contact us for further details.
